NOTE:
Due to the fact that individual users can make their own system adjustments to their computer for various reasons, it's difficult to ensure the video will play on all systems that have been modified or adjusted by the user.
If the video doesn't want to play because of your security settings on your computer, then you need to adjust your "Internet Options" Control Panel. (Go to Start menu, then select "control Panels" and choose "Internet Options." From there, click the "security" tab and set your security settings to "low" or "Medium." This will not affect your security in a harmful way, it will just let you download video files and other interactive media content. Consult your network administrator or technical help provider for more details.
